The room

Most Huāxyacac first-years are placed three to a room, with quad, double, and single layouts offered in very limited numbers — expect a triple unless told otherwise. Every room comes with Twin XL beds, desks, chairs, and closet or wardrobe storage, plus the university's combination microwave-refrigerator unit. Bed height is fixed as assigned for triples and quads; a paid raise-service request ($50 to raise, $100 to loft) is only offered in the rare single or double. Communal bathrooms sit on each floor rather than in-room, so shower caddies and flip-flops earn their keep here more than in suite-style halls elsewhere on campus.
