⚠ No outside loft kits; lofting/bunking must go through a Housing work order, with 3ft bed-to-ceiling clearance per State Fire Marshal rule.

Unmarried undergrads who graduated high school the semester prior, with under 30 completed semester hours (AP/dual-credit doesn't count), enrolled in 9+ semester hours, must live on campus, space permitting. Exemptions for commuting from a parent/guardian/adult relative's home within commutable distance, financial hardship, or medical reasons are considered case-by-case.
