Common questions about UTSA dorms
- Does UTSA require freshmen to live on campus?
- No — UTSA does not have a live-on requirement, and it's only "highly recommended" for first-years. The one exception is the Honors College: if you accept an Honors College invitation, you're required to live in Guadalupe Hall specifically. Honors-specific exemptions are handled directly by the Honors office (210-458-4106, honors@utsa.edu), not by Housing.
- What if I have a roommate conflict at UTSA?
