NAU's move-in calendar does not assign suite-style or traditional communities to specific days — every day in the window is a general move-in day — so your date comes from the 40-minute arrival appointment you reserve in the Housing Portal, bookable 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. Two Gabaldon-specific notes: the elevator serves the Aspen wing only, so check which wing you're assigned to before planning the haul, and because the suite splits shared space between two rooms, message your suitemates first about who brings what for the Jack-and-Jill bathroom — toilet paper included, since NAU does not supply it in suite-style communities.
