Speare Hall sits at 10 Speare Place, right next to Stetson Hall East in Northeastern's Fenway-adjacent first-year cluster, with entrances on both Huntington Ave and Speare Place. As of August 17, 2026, Northeastern had not posted building-by-building Fall 2026 move-in day and time assignments -- the housing office says arrivals are spread across 5-7 days around and over Labor Day weekend (Monday, September 7, 2026) leading up to classes on Wednesday, September 9, with the specific schedule, parking passes and driving-direction maps to be posted in August and sent via each student's Northeastern email. University housing isn't available between the August 16 Summer B move-out and September 1.
