The room

Kohl Hall is built around traditional doubles: two roommates share one bedroom, furnished with BGSU's standard extra-long twin adjustable loft bed, a desk and chair, a dresser, and a moveable wardrobe or built-in closet depending on the room. BGSU lists the average bedroom at 10' x 15', measuring the bedroom only and excluding closet, sink and bathroom space. The first floor has a full kitchen, computer lab, lounges, and dedicated study space, and Kohl shares a courtyard with Centennial Hall and sits near the Carillon Place dining center, so residents are steps from a full meal. Laundry is free and coin-free, Wi-Fi and BGTV streaming are included, and the building runs a 24-hour desk with secure building access. Move-in day

Kohl Hall move-in falls within BGSU's Fall 2026 new-student window of Aug. 19 and 20, with specific time slots reserved through the Housing Portal.
