Living in Gresham Complex: what to know before you pack

The room

Gresham Complex, split between Gresham Main and Gresham East, is one of the few ODU halls offering both single and double-occupancy rooms rather than doubles only. Every resident gets an Adjustable Extra Long Twin bed (36 in x 80 in), a desk, chair, dresser, and a closet with a clothes rod and shelf, plus an in-room sink and mirror. Bathrooms sit down the hall and are shared one per four students, each furnished with one toilet and one shower with a curtain. ODU lists Gresham Main at 298 residents and Gresham East at 135.
