New Mexico State University Freshman Dorms 2026
New Mexico State University requires first-time, full-time freshmen at the Las Cruces campus to live on campus for their first academic year (two semesters) in one of four residential communities: Piñon, Juniper, Garcia (East/West), or Rhodes-Garrett-Hamiel (RGH) Hall. Every room comes with a Twin XL bed frame and mattress (35 x 80 inches), desk, and dresser, with AC/heating billed as an included utility; students supply their own bedding, mini fridge, and microwave.
