With roughly 474 residents, it's one of the larger first-year communities on campus. The apartment-style layout gives incoming students more privacy and independence than a classic double room while still keeping them inside the university housing system and its first-year live-on requirement. Seneca residents move in during WVU's general Fall 2026 window, Thursday, August 13 through Saturday, August 15.
