Southeast Missouri State University Freshman Dorms 2026
SEMO requires full-time students to live on campus for two academic years (four semesters, excluding summers), with exemptions for students 21+, married students or primary caregivers, local commuters within 50 miles of Academic Hall, students with 57+ credit hours (42+ post-high-school), veterans, and a handful of other documented cases.
