Arkansas State University Freshman Dorms 2026
First-year students 17 or older are required to live on campus unless they live with a parent or guardian within 25 miles of campus or turn 21 before the term starts. A-State's four traditional halls -- Arkansas Hall, Kays Hall, University Hall and North Park Quads -- all use Twin XL loftable beds with an in-room thermostat, and all require residents to carry a Board Meal Plan. Fall 2026 residence halls open Saturday, August 15, with classes starting August 19.
