Read before you pack
- Personal AC units are banned even though central heat/AC controls exist per room — a real, consequential distinction.
- Fire drills require evacuation within 3 minutes; fines apply for non-participation.
- Only fish (10-gallon tank max) are allowed as pets — any other animal triggers disciplinary action and possible removal.
- Quiet hours run 10pm-10am Sunday-Thursday and midnight-10am Friday/Saturday; violations are a conduct issue.
