- First-year students must live on campus; exemptions require an approved First Year Residency Exemption form.
- Delta 6 is the only one of the 4 freshman halls with an in-room kitchenette -- the other three ban air fryers and extra mini-fridges outright.
- Wall rules differ by hall: Azalea/Camellia are sheetrock (nails/push-pins/hooks only, max 6 holes, no Command Strips); Epsilon and Delta 6 are cinder block (3M Command Strips ONLY, no nails/screws/glue).
