Champlin shares the summer-2017 renovation with Morriss — doubles and triples in suite-style configurations around shared lounges, with the Brown-standard XL Twin beds and 11-inch under-bed clearance. The suite layout is the practical win: a small shared space your group controls, rather than one lounge for the whole building.
Like Morriss, the bathrooms are semi-private — shared by a suite-sized group instead of an entire hallway — and they're what residents praise most. Champlin connects internally to Morriss, which means the renovated Fireside Lounge and Game Room next door are effectively yours too; the 'Mo-Champ' complex functions as one community.
Elevator service in the building. The internal connection to Morriss matters on cold February nights — you can reach the gas fireplace without a coat. No air conditioning, so the fan is non-negotiable for August.
